Under the acronym Trac (Trans-Avant-garde Composers) running series is the label of musical experiments, an orientation which is already reflected in the designation of the label, in the sense in overcoming of rigid academic conventions, which was initiated often in a unconscious manner by the historical advanced modern music-movement of the sixties and seventies directed by the school of Darmstadt.
The offer of the Trac-series consists of works (since the begin of the eighties of the 20th century) as original analogue recordings converted into Wave-and Aiff-Files, as well as recordings from the following years after the eighties, already realized originally as Wave-and Aiff-Files, like also Flac- files, an audio-format with a higher quality than those of the CD, and MP3 files.
All files are available for sale as downloads and the Wave-and Aiff-Files also you can order on DVD's.
This Platform here should function as a kind of stage for some very important composers of the trans-avant-garde movement which are usually completely ignored on the part of the music establishment.
